If you sleep in a warm bedroom, wear too many bed clothes, if you are over-fatigued or too stressed, you might sweat too much, especially at night. This is a normal form of night sweats in men and generally is not a cause for alarm.
Sweating is also a means for your body to detoxify. So, after eating certain food like red meat, garlic, onions, various spicy foods or drinking to much alcohol, our body increases the rate of perspiration to eliminate the toxins. Again, this is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.
